1. What is the dress code?
We encourage you to dress elegant. This includes dress shirts, fashionable blouses and tops, as well as properly fitted pants, skirts or dresses. Please wear appropriate footwear. While dressy sneakers may be acceptable, we do not allow excessively casual or athletic footwear, such as flip-flops and beach sandals.
To maintain our sophisticated atmosphere, we do not allow athletic wear such as sports jerseys, or sweatpants.
2. Where can I buy tickets / Can I buy tickets at the door?
Usually, there are tickets available at the door, but if you don’t want to miss the event, we recommend buying your ticket online from our Calendar
3. I bought my ticket and I haven't received the confirmation, what do I do?
If you have not received your purchase confirmation and your ticket via email, please send an email to support@opiumbarcelona.com and they will send it to you.
4. What is the difference between early bird, first, second and third release?
An early bird ticket is a discounted ticket available for a limited time. Once this initial tier is sold out, subsequent tiers are released with gradually increasing prices as the event date approaches. We strongly encourage you to secure your tickets early to enjoy a better deal before prices rise in later releases.
5. I will not be able to attend the party. Can I ask for a refund?
In accordance with our general terms and conditions, refunds are only applicable in the event of a cancellation initiated by our organization. If you have any questions in regards to this policy, please email support@opiumbarcelona.com.

7. How do I reserve a VIP table and what are the prices?
To secure a VIP table reservation, kindly access our calendar, select the desired date, and choose the table that best suits your preferences. The prices are explicitly outlined, and for inquiries or customization requests, please feel free to contact us at vip@opiumbarcelona.com.
8. What does a VIP table include?
A VIP table reservation comprises designated seating, bottle service featuring premium alcoholic selections, special service, priority entry, exclusive views, and a degree of privacy. The prepaid amount is consumable, and there is a menu available upon request.
9. Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom.
10. I have lost an object at the club, who should I contact?

11. How do I make a reservation at the restaurant?

12. What is the restaurant's cancellation policy?
A charge of 20€/person is applied for reservations of 10 people or more, if cancelled less than 6 hours in advance.
