Marshall Night (Marcel) was born in Barcelona in 1985 and music quickly became a mainstay in his life. In the late 90's he became interested in sounds produced by synthesizers and drum machines. It was then when he decided he wanted to pursue electronic sounds.

While still a child he decided to buy a mixer and two turntables. Since then he spent much of his free time mixing thousands of tracks. In these first steps techno was his predominant style, but with the passage of time his influences developed by adding styles like house and big beat.

After completing his university studies Marcel decided it was time to focus on electronic music.

Marshall Night was a couple of years being a resident of Barcelona clubs covering various different audiences and styles from deep house to tech-house through more mainstream sound.

He is currently running some sets before the cosmopolitan audience of OPIUM Barcelona where he plays many of the styles of EDM music.

These sessions are filled with Marshall's mashups and remixes that make each of one his sets unique and inimitable.
